opted to shoot a beautiful video in place of a runway show for their Fall 2009 line. They hired / for all the heavy lifting and the girl running throughout the video is Ernest Hemingway’s great grand-daughter, Dree Hemingway. Directed by Nez Khammel.
Txema Yeste started his career as a reporter before moving into avant-garde fashion photography. For this reason his work is probably among the most diverse collections of photos I have featured.

Great fashion photography by Vancouver’s own Andr Pinces. I met him last year and have yet to meet a nicer guy. Actually, you’d be hard pressed to meet him at all, with the schedule he’s got going on. When he’s not out creating personal work, he’s running around shooting for many international publications, including Surface, Vice, and US Weekly.
My favourite creative duo, Amsterdam-based artists Lernert & Sander (Lernert Engelberts and Sander Plug) recently collaborated with fashion label COS on this great foley piece. Watch the video below!

The inaugural issue of magically arrived at my doorstep, and it is an impressive debut. It is a quarterly art and fashion publication from the folks behind , and the highlight for me is the A2 sized fold-out Conor Harrington poster (and interview)! It is only a matter of time before this guy is everywhere. Other interviews include: Herbert Baglione, Jos Parla, Geoff McFetridge, and Mark Gonzales. Btes de Mode (Beasts of Fashion) by Thomas Couderc and Clement Vauchez. They created 13 images of models superimposed over images of animals and the results are stunning!
