For one week in June, ABSOLUT turned a whole block in Williamsburg completely white, making it an open canvas for artists. The following week, an impressive roster of emerging artists, including: Jonah Freeman, Justin Lowe, Ara Dymond, KATSU, Aurora Halal, OLEK, Andrew Kuo, Valerie Hegarty, Ryan McNamara, turned the block into an interactive outdoor exhibition. This was Open Canvas NYC, and now ABSOLUT is looking to transform San Francisco. Watch the video below! From August 24-31st ABSOLUT will transform Divisadero St. between Hayes and Grove. Artists (21+) can submit an image of their artwork and a 150-word description of how they would transform a white wall for a chance to win a trip to SF and have their art come to life in the next Open Canvas!
